IntroductionTraining is the process of making understand the employees about the work and the workculture. The training of the employees contributes to the human resource development. Theemployees of the company need to be trained and managed properly for the achievement ofeffective results and goals. Human resource development provides the overall efficiency andeffectiveness in the organization. The assignment is based on the training and development of employees of the company. Thisassignment will discuss the different learning styles and the theories used by the organization totrain the employees. It discusses the importance of training and development of the employees.All positive and negative aspects of the training needs are discussed in the assignment. Thetraining needs and the requirement in the organization are important which is detailed in theassignment. The methods and techniques which could be used for the same are mentioned in thisassignment. The report also includes and discusses governmental activities related to the subject.3
Task 11.1 Compares various learning styles.In this the learning styles of the organization is discussed and the importance of learning in theworkplace is detailed. The presentation is done on the understanding the importance of thelearning styles and theories and learning curve.There are different learning styles in the organization are visual, auditory, read and write andkinesthetic in an organization. The visual and the audio learning styles of the organization aredone by the videos and use of pictures to understand the learning. Where as in audio theorganisation uses the sound and the audio for learning. In read and write the learning is done byreading and writing the paper or journals whereas in kinaesthetic the tactical representation isprovided for learning. These different learning styles are the organizations needs which helps theemployees in gaining the benefit of the understanding of the organizational goals and theobjectives and then better achieving them so as to gain the maximum output. 1.2 Learning curve and transfer of learningThe technique through which changes in learning abilities of a person is mapped is called alearning curve. The line that is plotted on a graph for obtaining the learning curve of anindividual or institution depicts the time consumed for producing certain amount of products. The learning is very necessary in the workplace of the organization and it has various importancesuch as 1.It provides an individual a leading position in an organization because of properunderstanding of the goals.2.It provides clarification of goals.3.It enables the person to understand the objectives of the organization.4.It also provide effective achievement of goals.5.Provides experience.6.And understanding the techniques of the organization.4
