Through several feedbacks received from audiences it has been identified that Adept Owl is
required to improve is format of draft letter so that information could be obtained effectively
from customers. It is essential to write letter through replacing multiple spaces with single
spaces so that information could be delivered to them appropriately (Farin, 2014). It has been
identified that audience requires standard text because it is effective to read and understand the
information provided. Also, proper tone and style needs to be carried out while drafting any
letter to audience and thus management needs to adopt proper Adept Owl style guide in order to
follow proper draft letter. Macro saving option needs to be provided within template that helps
in carrying out effective letter template.
It is essential to be carried out within editing macro options and thus enables in the form that
proper template needs to be carried out which helps Adept Owl simulated to form appropriately
style, font and tone in order to provide crucial information to audience. It also uses fields for
mail merge options and thus helps in carrying out effective letter format. Company needs to
