The managing change is the processof implying the modifications of the project scope and integration. The project integration would provide the scope for the development of the effectiveand improved processes. The use of the effective and integral processing would involve the development of the change implication and management. I hadto use the processing of the integral management for the implication of the changes in the project. The requirement analysis phase is developed in project for ensuring the development of the project integration management and development. The projectinitiation phase would comprise of analysing the basic requirements of the project and implement the improved functional analysis of the changemanagement. The resources of the project can be developed by the use of the resource management planning. The planning of the resources would behelpful for forming the development of the effective project operations.
