Introduction
Leadership is the art of motivating a group of people for achieving a common target.
In case of business, it means giving proper direction to the staffs as well as colleagues with a
strategy for reaching towards the desired target (Xie 2020.). As per 2018 analysis, female
leadership and Generation Z are also very popular.
In this essay, the literature review of six articles will be performed.
Article 1
Focus
In this article, authors mention that principals face multiple decisions on daily basis
and they often resolve several dilemmas (Klus and Müller 2020). They also discuss
regarding the conventional leadership of schools. In this article, it is mentioned regarding the
traditional and non traditional leadership.
Major findings
In this research, quantitative research methodology is used. Total number of
participated students for this research is 125. In this research, ethical judgement is evaluated
in two parts – initiation of the course and termination of the course (Akella and Eid 2020).
For measuring the ethical perspective of the students, authors use Ethical Perspective
Instruments.
Usefulness
This article gives a vast knowledge regarding the leadership in teaching profession
(Abraham 2020). From this article, readers can learn how ethical judgement of the students
can be performed.

In this article, authors describe that, social enterprises have been treated as a radical
innovation in the non-profit sector. Social enterprises play a vital role for the development of
the economy of the society and its youth (Agrawal and Gautam 2020). They mention very
powerful question: “how can willing compliance to domination be secured?”
Major findings
In this particular paper, case study design method is used to investigate the power
dimensions. It is appropriate when they are trying to understand “why” and “how”. It helps
the researchers to gain perception regarding servant leadership (Klus and Müller 2020). In
this case study, semi structured interviews are conducted and all the interviews are
undertaken by secondary author.
Usefulness
From this article, readers get a vast knowledge regarding servant leadership (Xie
2020). It is used to explore the forces of power, manipulation and follower oriented model.
This article explains regarding the virtuous leadership.

Focus
In this article, authors describe that leaders perform an eminent contribution within
the organisation. They also mention that if the behaviour of a leader is constructive then he
can gain respective from his superiors as well as sub ordinates (Klus and Müller 2020).
They describe the conceptual framework and hypotheses development.
