I.IntroductionBeing known as ‘a giant’ in the electronic devices industry in general as well assmartphone producing in specific, Samsung Vietnam is one of the most successful andprestigious corporations among other competitors. However, like many othercompanies, this multinational organization is affected by many different influences inmany aspects. In other words, these effects impact directly on the success of thecompany. Therefore, this report is conducted so as to give some specific elaboration(which are PESTLE and SWOT analysis) of not only the micro but also the macro factorsthat affect this organization.II.Body1.PESTLE analysis1.1.DefinitionOn the one hand, in order to have a favorable business operation, a company needs astrategic plan to analyze the environment where its business activities occur.
