HRM2Introduction:This report focuses on the recruitment and selection process of the company called ABCCorporation. It is the company that is looking for assistant marketing manager for the firm. Thisprocess requires the medium to post the vacancy in order to make the people aware about the jobvacancy. The online platform that has been selectedfor posting the advertisementisMonster.com. After this, interview processwill start that will be used toselect the appropriatecandidate for the position. The structured interview questions need to be made for this. Thestructured questions refer to the already set questions thatshould be asked to every candidate(Mojtahed, Nunes, Martins & Peng, 2014). The questions would be similar for every candidatewithout any biasness and a rating scale will also be designed to measure the results (Whiting,2008). The questions that will be included in the interview process would be structured andbehavioural based. Last part of the report discuses about the rating scale for the interviewprocess.As far as the interview is concerned, it involves two rounds. The first wouldbe the situationalinterview and other would be behavioural based (Stuckey, 2013).As the interviews are differentthus the panel that has been selected for the interview would also be different. The first interviewthat is the situational one involves the panel of two members and second interview that is thebehavioural interview involves 3 members in thepanel. The total of 5 candidates will beinterviewed by both the panel and then one of them will be selected as per the rating scale thathas been designed.
