It is been developed for the National Society of the International Federation ofRed Cross and Red Crescent Societies. It was established in the Australia in 1914. Its mainaim is to provide the services and programmes which basically includes international aidacross the Pacific regions. The Red Cross Society is used to provide the different blood groupservices that are prevented safely. It is best known for the mobilising the volunteers forcreating and appreciating for providing the comfort parcels that was mainly send to theservicemen overseas. In the Historical period the Red Cross was recognised as the Auxiliariesto the medical services (Aldrich and Meyer, 2015). The Red Cross Society has the slogan i.e.“The Power of Humanity”.Competitive EnvironmentAustralia Red Cross has the pre-eminent place in the heart and minds of the people belongingto Australia. Australia Red Cross society is the most trusted and the effective partners in thedisaster alertness and response. It has the competitive strategies leading to the Three KeyHumanitarian Objectives. As it is has the largest humanitarian Network in the Worldinvolving with the links more than the 190 National Societies around Globally (Cross,2016).It leads to the main competitive field in1.Strengthening Disaster Preparedness- It basically involves the emergency responseand building of the capacities of the partner’s government and National Societies anddisaster affected countries basically covering the regions of Pacific for enabling ontime, keeping the efficiency and appropriate form to response to the disasters. Itmainly includes the enhancing to the use of the data to inform preparedness andresponse to the natural calamity.2.Building Resilience- It helps in improving the capability of the National Societies aswell as to the communities been involved to cope up with and to overcome andprevent from the calamities and disasters. The activities include to have anappropriate training to the disaster response teams and to develop the contingency andaction plans so as to prevent from the disasters.3.Increased Public Awareness- It enables to boost and develop the publicunderstanding towards the International Humanitarian law and values that involves inreducing to the conflicts arises, violence, perception and stigma (Custers, 2016).IS maturityIt is essential to maintain the security and to provide the appropriate training to the employeesworking in the organisation for policy development which mainly drives radically to maturity2
