Introduction:Life event refers to the changes of different phases in the life of human beings. Some incidentsoccur suddenly and some events occur in a systematic manner. All changes are not good in ourlife. Sometimes unexpected incidents happen which are beyond the intention of an individual.Some specific events occur in our life which is really appreciable and supporting. Every humanbeing wants to be good, like good things and always tries to maintain a systematic style in theirdaily life. But life is dynamic and bad things and accidental matters are needed to be acceptednaturally. Influence of a life event on an individual completely depends on the type of the event.Every life incidents are having some distinct features. These features are very much important toconsider to make interpretation of the impact of different events. Each people are having separatedistinct habits and on the basis of this one can accept different events in a different way. Themain motive of this topic is helping students to make out the process through which an individualmay be supported by expected and unexpected transitions associated with life phases of humanbeings.John is the only son of Harry and Serena in London. He is 15 years old. From childhood, he ishealthy physically but mentally weak. He could not do his personal work alone without the helpof his parents. His parents were really upset in respect to this problem. His parents' were thenimmediately contacted with eldercare solution and got a suggestion. Task 1:1. Influence of Significant Life Event on User of Service renderedOn behalf of the organisation, I have advised to them to give time so that John can realiseproperly his own personal activities. He will understand as per mental growth. As John haddementia problem so his family members needed to give special care to him and must beprotected from the different negative environment. Due to mental weakness, he could not acceptthe situation properly. ‘Eldercare Solutions’ gave him support regarding the guidance how couldjohn cope with the adverse environment in his personal life. He had been considered of myguidance. I had given full support to him for his improvement. His large support network hadbeen contacted for ensuring that he had full assistance during the initial time period after he was3
admitted to the school. A special atmosphere was presented so that he could make his goodbye tothe friends he and his family had during their life period in their community or social circle. Theorganisation had said to John’s parents to get a care facility that was very much helpful tomitigate the current and future requirements of John. His parents, Harry and Serena werediscussed about different changes like physical, mental, emotional that might be occurred withthe move. After six months later a significant change has been followed in the activities of John. He wasunder continuous supervisions that improvement could be done very easily and within a shortertime period. My work with ‘Eldercare Solutions’ is really satisfied me after this successfulachievement. So, proper counseling of human beings can help to change the society to make anunexpected improvement. I have only dealt with mental care but social health care includesdifferent disease. As per Wahlbeck (2015, p.36), right treatment to right disease can change thelife of a human being. So, the social health care is having a great importance which enhances thesocial improvement. In such a way different Healthcare units work for different disease andbecoming successful in their activity are really a significant life event. The service user issatisfied with the work, this is the key factor of significant life events. According to myexperience, it is having a special influence on the society as a whole. As per theirrecommendations other patients will come to me for health care and definitely it will help toincrease the responsibility. If I can completely do my work properly that means myimprovement. This improvement will make life event significant. This importance is to the bothhealth professionals and patients. So, one significant life event can increase the number ofimportant life events. According to Allen, et al. (2014, p.392), if there is no problem, there is nosolution. So the problem is the common factor in our day to day life. After dealing with thoseproblems successfully one can make his life events significant. Negativity is the key constraint ofany problem. If negative situations cannot be overcome then positivity will never come.2. Interpretation of Feedback of their Friends and Family members to the life event of anindividual:Dealing with the disease of John and conversation with the parents of John is really makes mehappy. The main thing is they have taken my advice positively and get the ultimate result. So, itcan be said that positivity can make the life of a human being successful. I am not so experiencedperson; I have joined the organisation ‘Eldercare Solutions' for three months. But with my proper4
