INTRODUCTION
Technology is increasing day by day and play vital role in every kind of organisation.
Because it help in maintaining quality of goods is producing with use of minimum resources and
funds. When latest technologies is implemented in organisation it automatically attract more and
more customers towards fine quality of products which is produced by new equipments. Same
gives wide impact on development and growth of business (Awais Ahmad Tipu and Manzoor
Arain, 2011). Small enterprises are those which don't have more than 150 employees with 5
million per annum turnover. Roc Search Ltd is the SME company founded in 2007 firm is
operating in UK, German and United State working with approx 120 employees. Below
described report is divided in several parts which highlights management plans which is
designed by organisation by smooth flow of their daily activities. Data collection is also done in
this research for implementing appropriate tool. At last suggestion is given, for removing barriers
which is affecting growth of business.

P1 Aims and Objectives
Topic:- “The impact of digital technology supporting small business growth and innovation: A
case study on Roc Search Ltd.”
Aim:- Small business require more innovation in their existing technology which they are
using. This help them in serving latest and fine quality products to their current generation
peoples and also for future. When something innovative or creativity things done in done in their
business it assist in grabbing customers and making them satisfied. Although major purpose of
this is to “The impact of digital technology supporting small business growth and innovation: A
case study on Roc Search Ltd.” in simple term it can said that introducing of technology like
cloud computing, social media, internet and Artificial intelligence help in doing work easily like
production, storage and distribution, communication, administration so on (Basu, 2014). This
help in raising standard of people and in contribution of economy growth also. Main objectives
of this project is mention at lower part:-
Identify use of technology in Roc Search Ltd. Along with entire small enterprise for
increasing society.

P2 Project management plan
Project management plan is work of manager that can be of organisation or specially
hired. This entire process is done on the basis of information given by the stakeholders and
project teams. It is an official document in paper form and approved by top level defining
following things like controlling, monitoring and execution (Harish and Kumar, 2014). Same is
document which summarised all written information for overall plan. It figure out approaches
and reach of project team that delivers the plan.
Thus, it contain bottom line on which working of project plan can be measures like
resources, cost, time, scope, risk and communication. It guarantee sufficient time taken to writing
a portion of work that includes the goodness of entire projects to present project.
Project management plan for Roc Search Ltd. They are launching new project.
Cost: this is important part of report because it includes all the expenses which is
spending is meeting day to day activity of business. Because project is divided in several parts
according to these there is requirement of fund to meeting their activities. Several expenses

risk is necessary.
Resources: resources are needed for finishing up project. But before providing resources
to employees it is necessary to identify their requirement that how much resources is needed and
for achieving which task. Without appropriate resources no project plan can be successful. These
can be human power, equipment, technologies and sites (Marston and et. al., 2011).
P3 Gantt chart and Work breakdown Structure
Gantt Chart- it is used for managing project which is used by every type of organisation.
For showing their task with dead line of finishing them it is in the form left side activities is
given along with on the top their time schedule. Task is presented with their bar presentation;
length of bar shows date on which assigned task have to be started instead of this time period as
well completion date of activity. This type of technique was introduced in 1896 founder of this is
Karol adamiecki who is named it “harmonogram”. Later on its name was changed on the name
of Henry Gantt who use this technique of creating chart in 1910-1915. In United state when
world war was going on Gantt Chart was used for making design schedule of different activities
along with along with their time of finishing (Porwal and Hewage, 2013).
Gantt Chart is used by most of the organisation for managing day to day activities as per
its requirement of finishing. It help in achieving goal and objective of business which is pre
determined by doing work on time. Because it shows allotment of activities along with its
timing. In simple terms it can be said that starting as well finishing time of activities is given.
Moreover, it is blue print of of all the task which is used for managing task for generating more

technique for managing their work because it aids in completing work on time. So their will be

several questions from their clients in the form of questionnaires. When production is done on
the basis of need and wants of customers then their will be less chance of failure. Although,
research which have to be conducted is in the form of qualitative and quantitative these both are
used for collecting data and information. Given below:-
Qualitative research- in this research information or data which is collected from
selected sample is in the form of name, symbols, code numbers, literature and many more
(Stoshikj, Kryvinska and Strauss, 2014). This is done in deep by taking face to face

form of statistical and numerical which is understandable by financial team of company.

their clients on these they have to focus more (Viaene and Van den Bunder, 2011). This
company is serving in UK, US and Germany having 120 employees approximately. So
collected data and information help respective enterprise in enhancing their business.
Primary Research: this is kind of research in which information is collected by
researchers. In simple term it can be said that this is first hand data which is not published
before in any journal or books. The person who is doing research directly contact to the
sample person who is selected. No mediator or third party involve in this direct contact
with customers can be done.
Secondary Research: data which is collected by researcher is already published in some
magazines, news paper and in some other also. Roc Search Ltd can use their last years
data also. In simple term it can said that this is second hand data because of many time
