Assignment NameStudent ID The role of an advanced registered nurse is to analyze working standards, monitor for error, implement new, and efficient working procedures. The objective is to understand the responsibilities, making appropriate use of the IT system, and improve the clinical outcomes for the benefits of the patient. In my opinion, one of the most important requirement is to adopt evidence-based practices, which can minimize the error and can increase the efficiency of clinical practices. The utilities of internet associated services, such as database search for literature, using e-mail to communicate with authors of relevant papers, and comparing the results of one study with other relevant research (Keiffer, 2018). In order to review and critique the literature, the use of the internet for literature database is the most suitable practice. This includes assessing the peer-reviewed sources, learning the outcomes of clinical trials and related studies, and using case-analysis as evidence for diagnosis and assessment procedure (Gray & Sockolow, 2016). Furthermore, the analysis of literature should also include cross-checking of the references, following related research of the authors, and comparing with other similar studies. Additionally, it is also important to adopt literature oh, not more than seven years of publication. The objective here is to filter the out-dated information and replace them with existing knowledge for improved practice. Thus, the use of informatics can minimize the concern of errors, false positive results, and non-peer-reviewedsources.Inadditiontothis,theresponsibilityscopealsoincludes motivating co-workers and group members for a rational way of a review in literature. Overall, the mentioned strategies are aligned with (i) using evidence-based practice, and (ii) collecting information from peer-reviewed sources. References: Gray, K., & Sockolow, P. (2016).
