Introduction
The concept of sustainable development arises from the viewpoint of the world, which sees
the progress, survival, and maintenance of humanity as dependent upon the earth’s life
support system. It is quite evident that key without sustainable development would not be
possible in the future. The world in 2050 would be free from hunger, poverty, and
unemployment. They should provide data and information by the means of execution and
progressively explore future pathways, which are required and can be useful towards the
achievement of sustainable development. There should remain no doubt that there has been a
strong consensus among experts describing the sustainability issues, the motivation of trends,
and dynamics of the future sustainability improvements and challenges. The development and
environmental concerns are prominent on the United Nations agenda such as economic
growth, hunger, inequality, climate change, poverty, and global collapse. Sustainable
development determines the processes of fundamental change in our social framework. The
awareness of unsustainability has been expressed from the perspective of ecological crisis
and population growth (Chu, Cui and Liu, 2017).
The idea of sustainable development has different implications for decision makers, which
move a shift towards governance. It is stated that the government must play a significant role
in inducing and facilitating changes within all sectors of society and government and
contributing to the development of a strong capacity for innovation and sustainability. They
should encourage an innovative form of capitalism that adopts the implication of
safeguarding and enhancing the life support framework. They should introduce new and
innovative practices, which are designed for decreasing the effect of the responsibility of all
products (Mohan et al., 2016). In the following, an effort has been made to discuss the ways
to maintain a sustainable future, strategies, barriers, and innovative ways to promote
sustainable development. They should enhance food production in an effective and
sustainable way and improve food security.
Ways to generate a sustainable future
In order to a sustainable future, they must build the foundation and establishment of
awareness and higher consciousness among people. Despite climate change, scientists are
probably unanimous in their implications that emit greenhouse gases, which deserve the bulk
of the blame. The main causes of the environmental crisis are humanity, environmental

change, and climate change to identify the situations. The environmental change of humans is
being seen in modern society, which is disregarded from the natural ecosystem. It happens on
an international extent and makes it difficult to relate it to the ecological situation. Our
framework is built so productively and efficiently sustainable so that it can be used further. It
is seen that most experts handle the issue like global climate change, which needs ideas on a
bigger scale (O'Connor and Hou, 2018).
 Operating for the planet- It is stated that when Pacific Gas and Electric Company
initiate the development to motivate sustainable development in its most service
centers. They are working to design and execute a campaign to involve
employees, save energy, resources, water, waste, as well as money, and improve a
sustainable environment at its service centers. They are focussing on managing
sustainable behaviour in every aspect and sorting reusable waste material through
events, quizzes, and policies. It can also assist in preserving the energy, decreasing
the waste, and maintain the improvements in sustainable development in future
perspective. Workplace opponents can also nudge personnel to make more
sustainable alternatives in their day-to-day lives. It can progressively preserve
most of the energy, which showed the transformation in environmental attitudes
associated with the sustainability and the ecosystem (Liedtke et al., 2015).
 Energy sufficient- The organizational leaders are also being a motivating factor in
recapitalizing the norms, rules, and regulations of the economy. They should
initiate many programmes for reinventing energy preservation and successfully
implement the programs for the attainment of goals. They should actively
encourage the attitudes of associates and manage the needs and expectations of
every individual. They should initiate the programs, which aims to increase
energy efficiency by developing attitudes of staff and personnel of the economy.
They should identify the inefficiencies to leads towards the sustainable
achievement of the economy (Finn et al., 2015).
 Sustainable competency- The organizations are operating to be eco-friendlier by
investing in a more sustainable manner and trading to meet carbon emissions.
They should develop the culture that encourages the sustainable environment
between all the scopes of the personnel. They should encourage employment
opportunities, which will influence the people, planet, and prosperity. They should
make them realize everyone the potential for assisting the economy for embracing

the green environment. It makes us believe that business, workplaces, and
organizations are spending most of the time in attaining the desired target. In this
manner, the organizations are designed to direct people towards culture,
commitment, and creativity (França et al., 2017).
 The rise of the ecosystem- It has been stated that organizations and government
are making a step towards sustainable development to deal with devastating
wildfires, intense storms, and toxic heat waves. Cities are moving a shift towards
delivering a strong framework for sustainability and environmentally conscious
design. Most of the world’s population are more effective and efficient towards
public transportation, producing prime targets for sustainability methods, and
making an initiative to boost campaign so that it can reach a maximum number of
people. They should maintain the cities more sustainable and a good potential
vehicle for decreasing carbon footprint. They should generate the resources in a
more sustainable manner and commit decision makers in producing informed
decisions about the aftereffects of climate change. They should make norms and
regulations so that policymakers and researchers identify their potential
capabilities and realize the environmental sustainability to contribute to the health
of every personnel. They should develop the start-up that innovates the urban
design to maintain the human as well as environmental health associated with the
well-being and sustainability of humans. They should contribute to climate
change, air, environment pollution, and humanity to make connections between
urbanization and health. It will reshape the trend of urban spaces and make the
future of cities to encourage citizens and preserve their energy and natural

 Meaningful Contributions-They should take the initiative to decrease the
emissions of greenhouse gas, increase public well-being, and safeguards climate
risks. They should make to produce climate change, inclusion and diversity. They
should also make a positive and meaningful contribution towards sustainability.
