INTRODUCTION
Capestone is the course which used to educate the individual to get a perfaction in the work of
the department under which individual is working, It has been evaluated in the late 1800s.
Education is given by developing the skills in the individual, there are mainly 4 types of skills
which are developed in the Capestone course. These report shows the all the 4 type of skills very
briefly which has been developed by the Capstone course into the individual. Further these report
shows the writter learning and experince from the Capstone course which includes the benefit
and drawbacks of the capestone course in the writter view. Further these report address the skills
which are taught by the MBA to the individual during the time of learning. In the end reports
explain the experience of writter and the benefits which can be enjoyed by the writter in the
future by the use of the skill which was developed in the MBA.
MAIN BODY
Meaning Of Capstone
Capstone course is the course well known for developing the set of skill in an individual to get a
specialisation or perfection in the working of the department under which individual work. Set of
Skills includes the information to go through best data available, digital literacy to evaluate best,
problem solving to customized best, critical thinking to find a judgement on the evaluation and
communication to explain best. If summarised capstone helps the person in gathering and is able
to evaluate the data and able to resolve the problem faced and communicate the solution to all
than that person is at best efficiency.
Essential Skills which are offered by the Capstone course
Information and Digital literacy is the first main skill which is treated by Capstone under this I
am able to understand the data more proficiently and evaluate the data more easily as these has
created a new way of looking on the data and also has helped me to gather the data from new
sources as well. Digital literacy has helped in evaluating as it takes the help of the digital
computer in evaluation of the data (Sillup and Porth 2019). Digital literacy generally includes the
individual grammar, composition, typing skill and ability to produce writing, image, audio and
design with the help of technology. Problem solving is the second skill which has taught me how
to face a different sort of difficulty in different department situation as problem solving goes
through identifying the problem in the department then evaluating the cause of that problem that
need to evaluate the group which is adversely affected by that problem and after that individual

need to evaluate all the solution which are available to solve that problem and then need to select
the best few solution through which the problem can be effectively solve and after that need to
apply on the department and need to see the effects of that implication (Hauhart and Grahe,
2015). Problem solving always laid to the increase in the productivity which is the main goal of
the department and the organisation. Critical thinking is the next skill which is taught by the
capstone these skill has helped me in critically analysing the data which has gathered through
Information and Digital literacy skills, critical analysis inbuilt the view of looking at the data in
different ways and analysis the data with the help of the conceptualizing, applying, analysing,
synthesizing skill which helped the organisation to find the best judgement of the data which was
gather by the other skill. Critically thinking has also helped me in developing Discipline,
Control, Direction and corrective thinking as Critical thinking has also taught me about the self-
directed, self-disciplined, self-monitored, and self-corrective thinking skills. Communication is
the last skill which has been taught by the Capstone course it is the last skill but most important
one as through it help me to develop the skills to convey my thoughts to the department which
help me to understand the member of the team more efficiently and also help them to feel
comfortable in the department, this skills help the department in developing the good working
environment in the organisation (Howe, Rosenbauer and Poulos, 2016).
Learning about the Capstone Course.
Capstone course has helped me in many things as through the capstone course only I am able to
develop the skill which has helped me in increase my confidence, motivation, concentration and
focuses level as the skill taught by the Capstone course covers and requires all of these above
skills to be perfect in the department. Capstone course has also helped in gaining the learning
regarding the gathering of data in the department as these is the toughest and the initial process
of the department as the decision taken or uncertain the position of the department requires the
data to be evaluated not only that it has also helped me in analysing the data which has been
gathered by me proper analysis is as initial as the water for a human body as without that human
cannot survive and without proper analysis of the data there is no use of that data. Proper
analysis is the basis of making judgement in the organisation but for best effectiveness of the
judgement individual require to uncertain the problem and resolve it first, Capstone course has
also helped in solving the problem as it has taught me the skill to find out the difference in the
performance of the department and then evaluating the reason for that and then to find out the

best solution which is available to resolve the problem but in my thought the best skill which I
have gained from the Capstone course is the Communication skill as these as helped me in
conveying my thoughts in more proper way in the department which creates the good working
relationship and also helped in increasing the interaction between the authority and the junior
which helps me to understand them in better way, as I believe the performance of department
and organisation is interrelated with the employee performance so I always believe that
communication help in increasing the performance of the employee. At the same time I also
thinks that Capstone course is also more focused on the individual improvement of the employee
it does not focuses on the whole department at once which sometimes creates the conflict in the
department and it also uncertainty in the mind of the junior in the department. As Capstone
course focuses more on the information and the data result for the organisational it also
sometimes over looks at the emotion of the employee in the organisation, So in my thought
Capstone course is good to build the good skills in the individual but when it comes on the
overusing the whole department it somehow lacks behind.
Skills Developed in MBA
MBA has helped in developing many skills as MBA focusses on many aspects of the business
some of the best skills which has been developed in the MBA are Leadership, MBA course
always move around the Leadership as MBA always focus on bringing the resources to the job
and teach about the requirement of motivation and inspiration for the employee to improve the
performance, hence these duties are related to the Leader.
Communication, As MBA always teach that for advancing forward in the search of the success
you need to know the way to explain your thoughts and views and MBA taught us the different
way to communicate or convey the idea or unique thoughts to the world (Bekker and et.al.,
2017).
Critical Thinking, It is the skill which is not easily found in the today leader at an organisation
but MBA always try to educate these at the primary stage itself as MBA provides the learning of
analysing of data and evaluation of data which helps the student in seeing the data in different
ways and helps them in making correct judgement on it. MBA also try to develop this skill by
providing the case study to the student and also by providing variety of project to sharpen their
skills.

Creativity, is the skill in which company looks to introduce new product or technique in the
organisation with the help to improve the performance of the organisation of innovative and
creative idea, MBA student are taught about the strategy, research, environment reading and
development program in the initial stage itself which has helped them to improve their creativity
level which is very necessary for them as creativity is the new key for the success in the today
scenario (Hauhart and Grahe, 2015).
Team work, It is the effort of all the individual in the group to achieve the common goal of the
organisational. Effective team work is very important for the business as it increases the
efficiency and effectiveness of the business and helps in building a good working environment in
the organisation, MBA student are always given a teaching on the benefits and the requirement
of the team dynamic in the organisation. and also asked to develop the project in the group of the
some student which help them to understand the team dynamic and also helps them to develop
the trust, honesty and believing factor which is essential for the team work.
Cross Cultural Competency, As adapting of the new culture in the new market is very important
for the business to survive in the global market, many big giant has also faced the problem in
culture reading in past such as TESCO, MBA student are always told about the culture reading
benefits and the way to read the culture, also provide help to them by providing the statistical
preview about the different countries which help them to develop the skill of the Cross Culture
Competency.
Integrity, Integrity is very important for the individual to possess as integrity helps the individual
in getting the respect of the other as integrity includes the honesty, responsibility, trust and
reliable factor and these all are the factor which are taught to the MBA student from the day one
with the help of a lecture, lesson and practices in the University (Howe, Rosenbauer and Poulos,
2016).
Flexibility, In the rapidly changing environment it is difficult for the business to go with a
similar type of plan the individual need to be a flexible to the situation, MBA student are also
taught more than one way to dealt with the different situation in the organisation.
Self awareness, it is the most important part in the individual professional life as every one is
required to take a step by their own to grow in life, MBA classes are always focused on
developing this skill by the help of the lesson like managerial production, Individual behaviour
and organisational behaviour.

Resilience, Life of the Individual in a business is not good always they have to face a different
situation in the business and it is not sure that they will get success every time, So MBA teach
the lesson about that in advance only which help them to build a good Resilience skills.
Benefits of skills in the Future
Skills taught by the MBA is very important in the business as MBA skills covers a variety of the
aspect of the business, The main benefit of the MBA in my thought is that it gives the full
theoretical knowledge about the business and its strategy which has helped me in knowing the
situation which has been faced by the individual in different business situation which will help
me to uncertain the business situation by seeing the symptoms of it in the past itself. Not only the
theoretical knowledge MBA has also helped me in developing the different skill which has been
mentioned above report which will help me in defending the business in different business
situation.
The skill cover by the MBA are the more than enough skill to have a good successful life
in the business. MBA has also helped me to improve the patience and focuses level which will
help in the future to overcome the business problem as taught in the MBA that result in the
business always take time to come and the individual need to be patience and continues about the
approach which is used by the individual to operate the business, MBA has also taught me the
ethics to behave in the working environment and also trained my mind to behave and operate in
the protocol's ad rules of the business which will help me in gaining a good name in the eye of
the organisation as organisation always supervise the behaviour and personality of the employee
at the time of promotion or at the time of the appraisal. MBA has also helped me to develop the
skill to work in the team dynamic as there are many activities and project which are given to me
which I have to complete with the help of the group of the member which helps me to develop
the trust and helping skill which are very necessary for the organisation to develop as they are
the key factor which are required by the individual in the organisation to work in the team
dynamic and it will help in doing the same in the future if require working in the team dynamic.
MBA also helps me to develop the skill like leadership, Critical thinking and communication
which are the very necessary for the leader to have as choosing the right leadership style for the
right situation and communicating the same is very important if in the future I will get a chance
to be a Leader than it will help me to adapt and certain the position very comfortability. MBA at
the same time has also taught me to improve my presentation level in my work and in my

There are some drawbacks also of an MBA course such as teaching and reality are the two

entrepreneur, also there is no pre planed strategy for the business situation in the organisation but
after going through both benefits and the drawbacks it can be said that MBA has helped me in
developing many skills which will help in the future business situation.

After going through above report it has been summarised that Capstone is helping the individual
in developing the skills to lead the department and also it has helped the writter in devloping the
skill for the future use. These report also summarised that MBA also provide variety of skill to
the individual which will also help the writter in facing different business situation in the future.
