INTRODUCTIONContract law is the sheet of paper where agreement is done between different parties forthe purpose of completing it on time. It is necessary to enter into a contract before starting inproject or work because it stops to create unnecessary dispute among between the parties. It isnecessary that contract is not void ab initio which means invalid from the beginning. While taking about claimant, he is the person whohas filed the case against the person who has perform unlawful activity with him.
