risk loss, then they known
as entrepreneur.
Small business owner
 In case of small business
owner, the business is less
risky and they are aware of
the size of the business on
the basis of labor force and
revenues (Baum, Frese
and Baron 2014).

Skills of entrepreneur
• One of the most important skills of entrepreneur is creative thinking.
• Strong leadership skills of the entrepreneur make them different from
other business owners (Julien 2018).
• Another attribute that contribute largely in skills of entrepreneur is
risk taking.
• Entrepreneurs follows strong work ethics (Burns and Dewhurst 2016).
• Other skills of entrepreneur include decision making and critical
thinking.

Skills of entrepreneur that needs
to be included
• Entrepreneurs always think out of the box. They try to solve the problem of the
customers by identifying causes. This skills must be included in the business
(Alstete 2014).
• They have the ability to understand root problems, it will develop the skill of
creative thinking.
• The leadership quality of an entrepreneur helps to run a team successfully. It is
required to add to start the new business.
• Other than conventional business leaders, the entrepreneurs are risk-taker. Habit of
risk taking must be included in order to achieve success (Burns 2016).
• Their attributes such as break-even analysis and self-efficacy helps them in risk
management, which need to inculcate.

Business Idea
The unique business idea that drives the entrepreneur spirit
is green consultancy.
The passion behind this idea is conservation of the
environment (Ribeiro-Soriano 2017).
Green technology is an important business as conservation
of green is required.
However, there are many hurdles in successfully run the
business (Hatten 2015).

Admirable entrepreneur
One of most important name in the history of
entrepreneurs is Steven Paul Jobs (Apple.com 2019).
He is the co-founder of the Apple Inc., an United States
based multinational technology firm.
His interest in gadgetry and electronics from the
childhood act as a passion for him.

Business strategies of the
entrepreneur
He believed in his unique business idea and problem
solving attitude (Weber, Geneste and Connell 2015).
 He was focused after a lot failures.
He never stopped learning from his failures and stopped
improvements.
He took help from his co-founder, who is also a pioneer in
the field of computer and electronics (Henrekson and
Sanandaji 2014).

Conclusion
• There are various differences between small business
owners and entrepreneurs.
• Entrepreneurs are always unique and do some exemplary
work (Goss 2015).
• The unique business idea selected for the business is
green technology.
• The most admired entrepreneur is Steve Jobs.
