They work hard in order to provethemselves to the Kane Bodine. The entire working environment of the company is such that itencourages the employees to strive for success. The employees in the organization compete witheach other and strive for win by any means. The employees remain always under the pressure ofthe competitions. Thus often they develop a cutthroat behavior in them ignoring their ownoriginal values. Employees in the Bovine’s organization mainly focus on the external rewardswhich keep them motivated. More than performing for the interest of the company, theemployees work to prove themselves as best through competition. in order to avoid personalconsequences, the employees obey the authority. Kane Bodine by nature is an autocraticmanager. He possesses every skill and knowledge to elevate the performances of his employeesas per his expectation. Holding the position of the leadership in the company, Bodine possessesexpertise in the field of sales, he also encourages his all employees to do put the same effort,rather encourage them to follow his path. He believes that competition motivates employees andthus they will be encouraged to give their best in workplace. Therefore, he follows aggressivebusiness strategy. He pools a lot of good talents from the best universities. The new hires areencouraged and nurtured to follow Bodine’s ideology of business especially, his sales strategies.It is understood from the above case study that Bodine business strategy believes in the
