Executive summary
Analyzing the current labor market in Australia, it has been identified that Australian health care
sector has introduced various career opportunities for the Aged care service providers in the
market In this study it has been identified that due to various job opportunities as well as
increasing demand for health care services, it has brought various job opportunities for the
eligible candidates. Analyzing the employment growth rate in this country it has been identified
that in between the years 2017 and 2018, health sector has highly contributed in the economy of
this country. With increasing growth opportunity in this sector, it can be assumed that for the
young generation in Australia health sector can bring significant career growth. It is true that
cultural diversity has become one of the important concerns for the health organizations.
Analyzing the career opportunity in in aged care and disability Service Care Centre it has been
identified that due to increasing demand in this sector as well as organizational initiatives

Introduction
Depending on the economic condition in a country the rate of employability rate highly
gets influenced (Storey, 2016). Based on the labor market components such as unions,
discrimination, income inequality and employment, the employment opportunity in the market
gets affected. In the words of Murtin and Robin (2018), analyzing the employment opportunity
as well as changing labor market trend in Australian health sector, it has been identified that
from the last few years health sector is maintaining its important contribution in the GDP rate of
this country. By continuing this, it can also be said that due to various job opportunities as well
as increasing demand for health care services, it has brought various job opportunities for the
