INTRODUCTIONManaging quality refers to the term that defines that a standard is to be maintain whileproviding services to the clients. It includes continuous quality improvement. A benchmark is setto meet the standards of quality (Karimi and Brazier, 2016).Report will include the quality perspectives stakeholders role analysis and the impact ofpoor service quality. It also includes the standards implementing quality and barriers. Furthermore it will include methods to improve quality in health and social care sector (Karimi, M. andBrazier, J., 2016). TASK 2Covered in pptTASK 33.1 Effectiveness of systems, policies and procedures used in a health and social care setting inachieving quality in the services offeredThere are different methods in achieving the quality in the services offered Total Quality Management: It is the management approach that every employeein the organisation have to maintain standards of work in the company'soperation. Effectiveness of TQM in achieving quality services includes a varietyof quality aspects that helps in healthcare system. It provides food, housing, safety,security facilities in the health and social care (Curtis and Burns, 2015). All thefacilities provided will be of good quality as doctors, hospital care, administrationand management etc. It believes in customer focus and teamwork. Qualityemphasizes in the health care system as satisfaction of patients with the servicesoffered to them.Continuous quality improvement:It means improving the quality of healthcareservices by identifying problems, monitor them and then take action to implementand study its effectiveness. It enhances the quality of a product continuously (Glasby, 2017). Ithelps in improving health promotion practice so that promotional goals will increase.
