This assignment explores the concept of 'religious citizenship', focusing on an individual's rights and responsibilities within a community based on their religion. The student examines a global social justice issue (inequality in employment opportunities for Indigenous Australians) and advocates for its alleviation through a campaign promoting awareness and ethical conduct. INTRODUCTION
Religious citizenship refers to the rights & responsibilities of a person to have their form
of worship or general social equality of an individual based on one's specific religion and
perception within a community (Isin, 2017). The present report will focus on religious beliefs &
values and rights & responsibilities of of an citizen.
TASK 1
Global social justice issue
The major global social justice issue which has been faced by me is inequality while
seeking for employment opportunity. It includes the factor of discrimination while providing
employment and compensation. However, it has been analysed that the factor of inequality
applied by people because I belongs to community of Indigenous Australians.
Advocating campaign
My campaign is about to reduce inequality which is based in certain factors such as
gender, community, skin colour etc. It involves information regarding inequality in order to
motivate people to avoid discrimination while dealing with every single citizen of country
(Bloemraad, 2017). However, it consist the worsen condition of those individuals who has been
faced inequality while seeking for employment and other opportunities for betterment of their
lives.
Religious beliefs, values and teachings of the issue
Religious belief related to inequality involves aspect believed by people through
following their own religious norms due to which their discriminate with other individuals.
However, values of an individual consist honesty, reliability, dependability etc. which facilitate
them to attempt discrimination with others. Moreover, teachings of inequality involves to make
people open minded and follow ethics to do not discriminate with any one (Zembylas and
Loukaidis, 2018).
Alleviation of inequality, injustice and suffering by religion & campaign
Religion is responsible to motivate and individuals to follow ethics in order to attempt
correct aspects which is helpful to eliminate the factor of inequality, injustice and suffering. It
includes the fact my campaign is supportive to make people aware about worst situation of

individuals who are facing discrimination and encourage to them to avoid this negative
components from society.
Presenting findings and opinions
I prefer to present the findings & opinions regarding inequality faced by individuals
belongs to community of Indigenous Australians with the help of Poster. It is more effective to
attract more number of people towards the campaign and convey desired information them in
more effective as well as efficient manner. Moreover, poster are much helpful to increase
knowledge, change attitudes and later behaviours of citizens regarding inequality.

CONCLUSION
The above report has been concluded that religions citizenship consist rights &
responsibilities of an individual to be followed in proper way. It involves to conduct effective
campaign by using poster to motivate people for reducing inequality, injustice and sufferings.
