towards such new ventures. However, such successful entrepreneurs possess effective skills and
characteristics that makes them different from other managers. They possess creative and
innovative ideas which results in bringing change in economy (Bridge and O'Neill, 2012).
Following are the different characteristics and skills of entrepreneurs as compared to other

innovative ideas and thoughts to others so that best results could be attained. Also, having
effective leadership skills possess the ability of motivating others and thus becoming successful
entrepreneur. For instance, using innovative and unique ideas helps entrepreneurs to bring
