This article includes good articles to describe about the transformational
leadership. Transformational leadership makes huge impact on the business
function of an organization. A leader should have confidence about the work and its
necessary things. In addition, charisma is a good leader with many skills. Moreover,
a leader must be innovative because innovations make a different image of them.
Leaders can take many advantage of innovation to increase the productivity. A
leader can manage various situations using their skills. There is another skill of a
leader, which is teamwork. Teamwork is a good skill in which many people work for
a single objective. In addition, well-being is also considered in the transformational
leadership. Based on (Hoch, Bommer, & Dulebohn, 2016), transformational
leadership is above all the things.
