INTRODUCTIONOrganisational behaviour is related with human behaviour and thinking while working atworkplace. Therefore it essentially required for company to identify and make proper analyse ofemployee's behaviour towards the activity they performed in working environment. The manageris held responsible to understand the behaviour of their employees who contribute theirmaximum efforts in achieving growth and success for an organisation. To improve efficiencyand productivity of company the manager or leader should carefully need to identify the complexnature of an individual which will help them in maintaining healthy relation with their employees(Bolino and et. al., 2013). BBC a company of UK which deals in collecting different andeffective new and affairs from all over the world is taken for the purpose of preparing thisassignment. The main purpose of preparing this report is to provide and communicate crucial andimportant information relating to happenings occur within and outside of the country.
