So that by working on these the employees can improvetheir skills. It will be helpful for them in professional life where the feedbacks are givenby managers or employees and in personal life where they are given by friends orrelatives. Planning: planning can help in making a proper development plan. By preparing aproper plan it encourages the individual to evaluate the things that are not achieved.
