Slide 2-Patient centred care is a healthcare delivery system that places the
patient at its centre. The aim of the system is to provide care and treatment to a
person while maintaining their bodily and mental dignity.
Slide 3- The system came into the picture when care seekers noticed that
healthcare professionals were not disclosing the full range of information about
the patient and their health condition to the patient themselves.
Slide 4- Being patient centred means managing individuals nobility, regard and
empathy at whatever point somebody associates with health administrations,
they ought to consistently be treated with nobility, regard and empathy. Being
patient centred means offering composed care, backing or treatment. It's not
simply individual experiences that issue – administrations should offer composed

centred care. For improving patient satisfaction level, it is important that the

Moreover, the patients come from varied backgrounds, as a result of which they
have different health beliefs and behaviour. Also, their expectations from a
healthcare professional are also different. On the other hand, healthcare
professionals in many places are not willing to visualise the patient as an equal
partner (Archer et al. 2018). They solely focused on improving the health of the
patient that they often disregard other issues. Among nursing staff, there is a
high turnover rate. The medical attendants felt they have dismissed the way that
the reason they are there is to deal with individuals. To an ever-increasing
extent, bed-side attendants are approached to archive progressively. Medical
attendants felt the strain to record, report, archive or else have the dread of a
claim hanging over their heads. Accordingly, the time they should convey
