Globalisation is one of the important phenomena in which several features create impact
such as economic, cultural and ethical aspect. It refers with modern phenomena that is essential
to increase productivity and profitability. In economic aspect, positive impact on globalisation
are on growth in wealthy nations and it increases trade and FDI. As a result, it is resulting for
higher growth rates. Furthermore, cultural diversity influences multinational corporation which
assists to promote customers with homogeneous set of values and beliefs in marketing (Ireland
and Schofield, 2015). This is because, it integrates societies and people with trade, technology
and increase labour market which impact positively on the world. With respect to consider
ethical era of globalisation, every business must follow ethical rules and norms of different
nations so that it impacts positively on different enterprise functions (Parsons, Maclaran and
Chatzidakis, 2017).
Present study focusses on positive impact of economic, cultural and ethical elements on
globalisation in different marketing business functions. In this research, producing marketing
plan, product development and strategies overseeing with advertisement, promotion, distribution,
etc. Therefore, it is beneficial to increase several opportunities that helps to increase desired level
of results at workplace through communicate scope in marketing. In addition to this, customer
attraction and employment increases that helps to attain overall goals and objectives with
globalisation activities (Lewis and Phillipov, 2016).
John Lewis is partnership business which consist successful way for doing operations and
functions in global era. At global level, different aspects helps to increase more effectiveness in
the company. As a result, it can be stated that globalisation helps to increase marketing activities
with maintain more effectiveness at workplace.

will be accomplish in systematic manner. In the
present study, quality will be measured to assess

interpreting from collected data and information. Different types of philosophies in
research is positivism, realism, interpretivism and pragmatism. Researcher selected
interpretivism research philosophy that is used in qualitative form of methodology that
relies on measurement of different phenomena (Wiek and Lang, 2016). Research design: It is organised approach which is used by researcher in study of
examination. Design also assists to researcher to answer particular question. There are
different types of research design such as exploratory, descriptive, explanatory, etc. From
these, descriptive research design has been used that helped to find in-depth information
in the research (McCusker and Gunaydin, 2015). Research approach: Research approach is one of the important procedure to conduct
study and elaborate techniques with collection of data, analysis and interpreting from the
study. It is the plan and procedure which assists to gather relevant information. Therefore,
inductive and deductive approaches are two major elements included in it. From the both,
researcher select inductive approach that is useful with generalising from specific to
general. As a result, it can be implemented in different other research studies (Cuervo‐
Cazurra, Mudambi and Piscitello, 2017). Research strategy: In the present study, there are two strategies has been considered such
as qualitative and quantitative. From the both researcher using qualitative strategy that
would be help to find relevant information to gather appropriate outcomes. It is useful to
provide insights into the problem and helps to develop ideas to uncover trends in thought
and opinion (Sutrisna and Setiawan, 2016). Data collection: Data collection is the process of gatherings and measuring information
on variables which establish and enable to stated research question, test hypotheses and

evaluate outcomes. In the present research, questionnaire will be prepare to conduct
survey with relevant information and outcomes (Wiesche, Jurisch and Krcmar, 2017). Data analysis: Data analysis is the process of inspecting, cleansing, transforming to
accomplish goal and discover useful information. In this way, decision-making strategy
will be develop with informing conclusion. Thematic data analysis strategy has been
chosen that assists to consider different kinds of themes to find relevant results. Sampling method: From the different methods of sampling, researcher using simple
random sampling method that helps to collect data and information randomly. It is subset
of equal probability that being chosen with unbiased representation of group. Sampling size: There are around 25 managers selected through simple random sampling
method has been collected (Sessler and Imrey, 2015).
 Ethical consideration: In order to conduct research, ethical consideration carrying with
useful analysis from study. It means that standards and laws must be followed which
helps to denote right and wrong thing from research. Standards and guidelines followed
to make investigation effective (McCusker and Gunaydin, 2015).
