COMPONENT 2PART ABeing a social worker and scene setter I have developed several skills from the particularscenario of A Happy Feet. When working I have developed several skills in me. This includesenhancement in my analytical skills as I have developed sound ability towards determining thescenario in an effective manner. In addition to this with the analytical skills the analysis ofsituation along with outcome can be determined in an effective manner. Being a social work Ineed to tackle greater number of activities. From such I have also developed greater learning thatwould act as an aid for me in future course of time. With such I have build ability to deal withvaried situations. Along with this I have developed sound potential in working with partners incoordinated manner. When working I have determined that my team management skills havealso developed significantly. This would assist me in future towards working in other team aswell. Being a social worker I have developed leadership skills as well. Thus through this I havegained ability to influence the behavior of the people around me. Moreover my ability to lead ateam has enhanced to a greater extent. These skills plays important role in future course as withthis I would be able to offer suitable guidance to the people who are performing under me. Thussuch has greater effectiveness in attainment of the targets in appropriate manner. The role ofscene setter and social worker has made me learnt regarding the manner in which decisionregarding particular situation is being developed. This has effectiveness in developing my talentto deal with varied conditions that are occurring. Through performing as social worker me abilityto handle team and bring changes when required has improved. This helped me in performanceof the work in an effective manner.There is greater enhancement in my communication skills as well. Through this I canbring improvement in the process of communication to a greater extent. Being a social worker Ihave developed ability to communicate things among the people. Thus such has enhanced myability to carry out the performance in smooth manner. By the means of such I am able to attainthe set targets. I believe that meeting has been considered fruitful for me in terms that I havedeveloped varied skills that would assist me in longer span of time. By the means of attendingthe meeting I have developed ability to manage conflicts that are emerging. Development of such ability assist me in attaining quality targets on time.PART B REPORT Concept about working with partnershipsIn modern era, the medical revolution in regard to the development of health and socialcare is very important. The health and care social organisation has highlighted the importance ofpartnerships. The health department has defined the partners in the following ways:To raise the high quality of the peer-review in order to encourage the clients to invest thefunds in health projects.The partners should give funds so that research can be conducted properly and it boostthe health and social care invention and competition among the organisation to improvethe health.To review on the health and social care so it is necessary to maintain the approach informal strategy for improving the health and social care organisation (Cameron and et.al., 2014). It is very important for the health and social care organisation to keep the partnershipswith the clients so that high amount of revenue can be generated. While doing so the propertreatments can be given to the patients. Health and social care have to put some legislation laws.Through this it can bring the local council care services and NHS in one partnership to do work.In United Kingdom many research has been done by the clinics for the evaluation of the healthand social care.
