INTRODUCTION
Partnership is the legal agreement between two or more partners for carry out business
activities and functions. More than two people share all assets and liabilities and also distributes
loss and profit amount equally among each other. Health and safety care sector where all provide
services which are related to health security. Partnership is that powerful way for addressing
problems and issues which can not solve by them. This report is based on Brathay Trust who
conducted programmes for create awareness among young people. They belief that most of the
people are influence by health safety program (Glasby, 2017). IN this project, there are various
philosophies which can be used by firm for gaining health and safety care. An organisation are
adopt different form of approaches. Various government and activity are adopted by enterprise.
The main motive of this report is to improve services which are related to patients needs and
wants. Brathay trust and PAYES staff conduct the different programmes for changing in
development by firm for using interior or exterior innovative situation and transfer of learning
into everyday status.

There are different kinds of philosophies that can be used by Brathay trust for making
group people in firm for health and social care. Some are different thinking which are used by
Brathay are as under:
Authorization- As per the case study, there are different philosophies of partnership that
are always change. So that company give chance to monitor and select different type of healthy
care facility which are need by their staff members. This will help in reducing responsibility of
patients who mainly involves in the process of decision making. It can assist in providing
solution in rapid manner (Hunter and Perkins, 2012). If in partnership firm there are more than
two enterprise which are combined and an individual required to change the process of
implementing work in specific way and they have ability and capability to manage work.

and Miller, 2013). Brathay and PAYES trust are also distributes power equally among each

growth and development. Brathay trust and PAYES staff provide information which help in

care. They were make effective strategies for improving working of partnership by analysing
actual result (Fotaki, 2011). They spend cost for conducting programme is approx. 55,000 billion
and cost of per unit is 550 euro for the young person course. Police officer has a power to
increase an average amount of 10,000 euro per year in last 10 years. Brathay trust raise the funds
of the courses. P.A.Y.E.S. Does not receive any fund from police officer and they will do free
charity with staff members. There are different strategies which can be used by firm are as under:
Process and standard method- It is the effective method that can used for implemented by
Brathay trust and PAYES staff. This is suitable process for reduces disputes and conflicts in
customers mind.
Intrinsic communication- This is that strategy which can develop and create
misinterpretation among various customers as well as organisation.
