Astra PLC is the company which provide the online app for their customer and also
allow the user to set fitness targets. The company have the high quality of trainer who plans more
workout and coaches for their customer. Along with this organization is also sharing high social
media progress with their customer and make sure about how usually they can work and take
their market position. while this report will examine about project plan, various project scope and
what types of risk must be faced by the project manager. along with this project succession for
the app in organization.
