hospitality functions in London. The following skills for own
performance management are described as per under:
Basic management skills: as the manager is of hotel the primary ability
play vital role to judge success of Dorchester luxury hotel manager.
Planning, organising, staffing and control is basic ability for each
business officer in the absence of it their performance will not be
effective.

Time management skills: the concept of managing time refers as time
efficiency in performing their role and responsibilities such as assigning
resources, duties and power to capable person.
Communication skills: effective communication helps to create positive
work environment at workplace which assist to reduce conflicts and build
relationship to contribute in success of organisation. In this case the
conversation ability of manager is important to provide clear vision to
each and every employees. In absence of it company may suffer to meet
their objectives.

Decision-making skills: effective decision-making ability lead the
growth of corporation as well as personal development of manager. In
hospitality industry right arrangement at right is important to provide
better service to visitor at hotel. Without this skill the moral of employees
and their productivity will decrease together with low brand image of
organisation in community.
Team management: in hospitality industry group management is crucial
it impacts on efficiency and productivity of team member which affect
growth of business along with market-share. In simple term it defines as
the ability to develop a bunch of people as well as control it to achieve
goals and objectives of company.
