Willed Sports Enterprise aims to run successful and focus on attending and well-attended
race program that comprises of
 Twenty-three criteria for race in Melbourne between October and April.
 One single trophy with the northern combine in between August and September.
 Other combine road races
 Road Club championship in August.
Willed Sports Enterprise is mainly focusing on appointing for a paid time for race
administrator for fulling the routine task which undertakes the racing for Kelsey Lee Barber
(Gabbett 2019). The mere focus is on the racing event. Racing Administrator will merely focus
on closely with the race administrator. The Race director and chair of Race subcommittee that
aims to maintain the strategic and planning of overall responsibility for the present racing event
that is Athlead. The coordinator will advise the member for the time and day, which is scheduled
for marshal (Sanderson, Frederick and Stocz 2016). It merely tends to provide all the required
information concerning roles and responsibilities. In this racing event, member cannot attend or
look for a replacement along with keeping race commissaries to be completely informed (Saw,
Main and Gastin 2015). Qualified commissaries are completely responsible for the proper
execution of race event.
Roles and Responsibility of Kelsey
The overall roles and responsibility of race administrator has been described below like
 Race administrator is responsible for race director, which is needed for understanding the
particular or given event.

 Race administrator can easily work on close by which they can collaborate with the
Marshal Coordinator, club administrator, desk coordinator.
 As soon as the races are sponsored it can include a particular social element for the race
administrator that can work closely with sponsorship director (Al Shobaki, Amuna and
Naser 2016). It will merely provide the access plan and provide specific needs and
requirement.
 Race administrative needs to have overall administrative and logistic responsibility,
which can come up with the responsibility to ensure the task. It is mainly undertaken for
racing events where coordination and timely way (Al Shobaki, Amuna and Naser 2016).
It is all about having consistent with permits that are being given by local government
and policies.
Proposal for Sponsorship for Javelin
Sponsorship can be stated as the commercial arrangement, which merely focuses various
kind of parties that is needed by both the parties (Raviya and Barad 2016). It is mainly needed
for having a commercial gain that is direct or indirect gain for commercial gain. There are large
number of methods for getting the proposal for the racing event like
Getting the right person: As soon as the suitable organization has been identified, then
this race administrator needs to make contact for the right person. It is mainly needed for
discussing with the sponsorship proposal (Christensen et al. 2016). The best thing is all about
getting the right person in the method of decision making.
First Contact: The main notion of this particular objective is all about making first
contact with the sponsor, which is needed by credible partners (Dayton and Bernhardsdottir
2015). The second aspect is all about securing the follow-up call or even meeting.
