INTRODUCTION
Business Environment is the combination of all the factors, forces and
institutions which are outside the control of the organization but plays a
significant role in the growth and development of business. This report is going
to contain the business environment of Athletic Sports UK Ltd. It is an active
company launched in 2010 and located in Bolton, Greater Manchester. IT
includes the companies sub-sectors, product and services offered by them and
their organizational structure. It also contains the information regarding the
stakeholders and how they are interrelated with each other.
Advantages and Disadvantages of interrelations between organizational
functions
Interrelation among company is important as it makes possible to deliver
standard product and services to it's customers. It helps in gaining maximum
customer satisfaction and helps in accomplishing the goals of the organization.
It also makes the decision-making process of the company easy.
Athletic sports UK Ltd is an private limited company, which is registered
under the company house. It was started in 2010 and has been operating
for more than 11 years. It is specialized in the retail stores of active
clothing. They provide sports Equipment related to golf clubs,
playground and swimming pools, fitness and other outdoor games. They
deals in clothing range starting from shorts, tracksuits, T-shirts and polo
shirts. They also deals in swimsuits, ski suits and many other. They offer
good quality product to its customers in order to gain maximum
satisfaction and to be active participant in the market.
Different Types of Organizations in Industry
An organization is the academy or an foundation that worked
together to achieve the common goals of the organization. They are
mainly divided into three public, private and voluntary organization.
Public Organization: This organization are known as not-for-
profit organization which are made for the welfare of the
people and for providing social services to the public.
Private Organization: These organizations are formed for the
purpose to earn profit and are owned by the private
individuals and groups.

around 15. They are recently focussing on to cater the needs of the local people.

needs of regional people.

to be highly successful, competitive and efficient in the worldwide market.
Relationship Between different organizational departments and their linkage to
organizational structures
Due to increase in competition and risk in the market, various departments in the
organization have come together to maintain a position in the market.
Marketing: They are one of the most important part of the organization as they
communicate and maintain a strong relationship with its employees.
Finance: They are the other important department in the organization which carries out all
the work related to money.
Human Resource Manager: They carry out all the strategic management of the work
processes by analysing the business environment effectively
