Event brief analysis
Type, dimension and attraction of the event
The type of event that is planned to be managed in this assignment is a tourism event
named “Tour Australia”. In this event tourists would get along to a specific place and they
would be taken to the venue for the event. Various activities would take place in the event
like SATTE, OTM Mumbai, Travel Revolution, AIME, Unite Pacific and many more. These
events would take place at different venues and at different days, these are provided in the
table below. The fair would be taking place in New Zealand in December 2018 (Van der
Wagen and White 2018). The participants would get a chance to get a view of various
renowned places. A schedule has been prepared for the list of events. The activities are
broken down into sections of six months, the activities within next six months are fixed and
the rest of them are considered as indicative (Park and Park 2017). There might be some
changes in the schedule and the changes would be communicated to the participants as well
as visitors. The schedule is as follows

and suggests regarding the sub events that are to
be included under the event. It takes care of fire
and ambulance services, residents, lobby groups,
traders, transport, council, and police. It needs
support permits and permissions, changes in
infrastructure, new ideas, health as well as safety.
Participants Can vote which event was the best with the help
of their emotional experience, comfort, security,
safety.
