IntroductionApart from the studies, it is critical to have skills and attributes for the over rounddevelopment. Since a long time the importance of soft skills were undervalued and lesstraining was provided to the students as compared to the hard skills. I also memorized number tables andeven memorized the important dates andphones numbers to enhance my skills. Iexercised on a regular basis in order to stayphysically active. I increased my reading habitsand read various books and articles for a fewhours per day. Lastly, I thought and observed alot on a regular basis.CapableCreativity:An ability todevelop creative andeffective responses tointellectual, professionaland social challenges.I tried to keep myself abreast with theupcoming knowledge. I read various tradejournals, magazines and other literatures. Ibelieve that the active mind is important forcreative growth and therefore engaged inpainting as a hobby. I opened my mind towardsthe new ideas and they helped in developingvariousconcepts and possibilities.ExpertEthical practice:Acommitment tosustainability and highethical standards in socialand professional practices.I strived to become someone who adheres tohigh ethical standards in my own professionallife along with treating my friends andeveryone with respect and authenticity. Istarted talking about difficult ethical choices. Idiscuss the possibilities of ethical gray areasand even acknowledge the complexity of worklife and studies. I even tried to build a trust andcultivated the respectful environment aroundme where people could speak up about theethics and share the responsibility for living it.NoviceKnowledge of a discipline:Command of a discipline toenable a smooth transitionand contribution toprofessional and communitysettings.In order to be disciplined, I focussed on myphysical health and nutrition. I started puttingmy responsibilities before leisure and startedkeeping a positive mindset. I reviewed mygoals every morning before starting the day andreviewed my goals before going to sleep.Lastly, i instilled the keystone habit of exercisewhich not only helped me become disciplinedbut also helped me to improve my life invarious manner.Expert
