Vendor, ONE Dashboard, and ONE user experience. It serves to more than 1000
organizations across Asia Pacific region by providing cloud HR, payroll and roistering/ time
and attendance technology. It helps people to manage, inspire and engage the activities of the
organizations. ELMO’S innovative solution is driven by the online system, which automate
processes and gather information in an easiest way (Barron, Pratt and Stice 2010).
ELMO’S activities like HR, payroll and roistering/ time and attendance solution can
be used separately, or altogether and can be altercated in accordance with the organization’s
need. Its activities help the organization to maintain a harmony between different
departmental activities. It organizes the overall workflows. It facilitate the organization to
manage its activities in a one whole platform. It helps to hire, retain and develop people and
processes (Barron, Pratt and Stice 2010).
ELMO’S activities is not end by providing HR, payroll and roistering/ time and
attendance. Its activities extends to different operational areas such as: (Blay, Kizirian and
Sneathen Jr 2017).
