The roleof an auditor is comment on the financial statements whether the financial statements areshowing true and fair view or not. PwC isregarded as one of the big 4 because of the large-scale operations which is carried out by thebusiness. The business provides advisory services which helps businesses to formulate strategieswhich are effective for the business, audit and assurance services which forms a major part of theservices which is provided by the business (Yasar, 2013). Audit and Assurance Services providesassurance to the potential investors about the true and fairness of the financial statements of thebusiness.
