This is to certify that your request for permission to conduct research and prepare a
project on Primus Hotel Sydney has been granted.
The proposed subject of the project as stated was, ‘Relation between employee
motivation and job performance in Hospitality Industry’. As per the description we were
provided with, the project shall encompass the topics relating to motivation and performance in
the hospitality sector, factors that contribute to positive employee motivation, practice
implemented in hospitality organizations to enhance employee motivation and recommendations
regarding changes that can be implemented for improvement in employee motivation. This
requires a detailed study on the operations and functions of our organization, relating to research
on employee satisfaction prevalent in our organization. This observational research will also
encompass the evaluation of shortcomings in the system and recommendations to improve on the
existing order of operations. An analysis will also include the use of certain equipment for the
conduction of interviews with the consent to keep the personal information of the employees
highly confidential. We hope that you will maintain the aforementioned aspects, so that it does
