 The presentation will be demonstrating the operational plan of
AusNet Services which is related to expansion of the business and
also the scale of operations of the company.
 Operational plan will be including all the activities which the business
will be undertaking to achieve the goals of the business.
 The plan will also include information for acquiring human and
physical resources of the business along contingency provisions

The operational plan is to be developed considering the core values of

 Meeting the Needs of the customers.

Scope and Purpose
 The scope of the plan is extensive is applicable to every departments
which can affect the expansion program of the business.
 The management of AusNet services aims to achieve growth in the
operational structure and also increase the scales of operations of the
business for which an operational plan is to be developed.

Consultation Strategy
 The consultancy strategies of the business focus on securing
approvals from the top-level management regarding the operational
plan and other requirements which are necessary for the purpose of
bring about growth and development
 The different activities of the business needs to be confirmed by a
senior authority in order implement the same in the business.

Resource Requirements
 In order to successfully implement the operational plan of the
business, the management needs to acquire resources which are both
