Introduction
Reflection refers to the term which develops critical thinking ideas and thoughts over
evaluating on any discussion or project being performed by an individual. For the provided
report document Borton's Framework for Reflection is being used. The following report will
cover reflection over interview which was taken place with my brother highlighting core
healthcare system for Australian healthcare system (Pelzang and Hutchinson, 2018). For the
given interview process various aspects related to ethical as well as social aspects will be taken
into consideration. In the inclusion of given reflective essay an attempt is being made to pull out
critical discussions with associate individual to Australian healthcare system and have
concentrated on exploring every single related area to develop good interest of readers by
making project descriptive and knowledgable (Kilkenny and Robinson, 2018).

What
In the interview which tool place between me and my brother regarding Australian
healthcare system. The interview started with exchanging formal greetings and carried towards
the main purpose for the given interview. My role in the situation was of interviewer and my
brother took away with the role of candidate giving the interview. For the interview issues and
challenges regarding ageing population was being discussed. In the interview various questions
that related to cause or affects of the issue were being highlighted (Swannell, 2020). Towards
the brighter side various derivates including providing of better quality of life was being
discussed. On the other hand, mental health state of individuals were also being discussed. In the
respective discussion various points were being raised that lead the way of problem of ageing
population because of development of stress through loneliness in old people (Heath, Carey and
Chong, 2018).
For the interview various discussions over experience for taking Australian healthcare
services were being evaluated. Certain aspects related to mental health conditions of individuals
residing as a local residents of Australia. For evaluating on the highlighted issue several other
related questions were being asked that reflected on developing proper understandings of the
provided issue and the best possible measures to overcome such issue was set as the main goal or

objective for the provided interview. In the given process, my focus was to ensure carrying
interview discussions that revolves around the desired outcome and provides with the required
outcome of knowledge or idea for which the interview was being conducted (Gipson Rankin,
2021).
People or individual who suffered from the problem had to undergo intensive medical
care which in adds fuel to their bad mental health conditions. The individuals suffering from
mental health issues are being isolated which in any regards is not an appropriate medication for
them. Individuals develops loneliness, stress and depression which could be caused because of
intensive medication and developing chemical reaction in their bodies while taking high dozes of
medicines. People kept in isolation zones for long cuts off with the society and tends to be quite
(less interactive) and less active. Many more issues like anxiety, high level of stress,
inflammation and depression can also be result for being isolated for long.

For the discussion of provided information by my brother which I interviewed. The main
issue of ageing population that further leads to mental health issues was being raised. In the
interview process discussions over standards being set up by Australian healthcare centres in the
provided region was evaluated. From the short interview session, it can be said that through
highlighting with the fact of high percentages of old people residing in the region and the
proportion would go much higher in upcoming years (Zakeri and Cowie, 2018). It can be said
that off-course the medication facilities provided at the Australian healthcare facilities have
increased the life expectancy of respective individuals undergoing medications. However, the
concept failed in providing with better standard of living to respective individuals in the
Australia. In its evaluation, outcome reflected on analysing the poor mental health conditions of
old people living in provided region because of stress developed through loneliness and living in
an isolated environment (Gibson and Gordon, 2018).
From the discussion I learned about various formal facilities that are provided under the
healthcare centres of Australia for an individual undergoing medication. Moreover, I was
acknowledged about various legal, ethical and social factors that are to be taken into
consideration in the process of organising an effective healthcare services in a specified region.
From the interpretation of interview discussion, it was found that Australian government and
legislation are well integrated with growth of modern healthcare facility services in the provided

healthcare centre. Through all this I learned that there is a greater influence of internal as well as
external factors while transiting with healthcare facilities in a provided region (Delves-Yates,

Importance to providing with better living standards to old people was being focused. In
the on-going process of interview various discussions relating to building up of stress and
depression was also being highlighted. This could have its direct impact over sentiments attached
of various individuals. Therefore, ethical and asking formal questions were being focused and
any inter-personal questions or related conversation was being avoided. In addition to this, it was
also ensured to given candidate about the privacy of information and also ensured about using
such information towards the productive as well as right direction or platform (Cummings, Ryan
and Schaper, 2018).
Various issues or experiences being highlighted in the above section very well highlights
the hard times of life individuals have to experience being in unhealthy mental health conditions.
Being in isolation centres are supposed to be the worst medication which ate provided to
individuals suffering from mental health condition. This not only adds to stress and depression
but also increases anxiety level of individuals and ultimately creates mental health issues. People
living in isolation zones feels lonely and left alone.
From the discussion various capabilities and strengths of community can be highlighted
and suggested for further improvements. From various discussions being made during the
interview the strength of Australian healthcare centres were being highlighted in terms of
increasing the life expectancy period for local residents of Australia (Thien, 2020).
Now what
Moving ahead in this reflective essay, it can be said that I was able to seek variety of
information and related knowledge about the highlighted issue, thus was ready to provide my
prospective or resources which will be needed to resolve the highlighted issue. From the given
discussion it seems that due to old people residing in isolated areas leads to development of
stress and depression. Furthermore, it can be said that creating friendly working environment
through establishment of any program or initiates which could be undertaken for creating a
socialised environment for such old people. Through this way mental health conditions including

stress and depression can be cured and better standards of living along with high life expectancy
can be ensured (Carrera, 2020).
The provided outcome can be improved through adopting modern techniques which
could be used for developing effective standards of medical-care facilities in a health industry.
This would help in improving better mental health conditions of individuals and will also
regulate effective working policy in the healthcare firm. For the provided scenario effective
standards of working can be established for maintaining better growth of regional areas through
tapping on healthcare industry as it is believed that economy carrying individuals with good
health condition will given better productivity.
One of the therapeutic method for which such issues regarding mental health illness can
be solved includes technique of socialising. Such techniques are useful when engaging regular
communication activity which helps in better circulation of blood and regulates better
functioning of brain. Along with this, indulging in daily activities also boots up moral of
individuals and is regarded as the best method to handle depression and other related mental
health issues in the individuals.
From this experience I learnt about standards of better healthcare centres through which
effective outcomes could be developed and also ensures individuals with good mental health
state in the provided region. Along with this impact of various social, ethical and professional
factors are also being highlighted in the given reflective report document.
Conclusion
From the above reflective report it can be concluded that, there are various factors that
relates to providing of better quality of healthcare facilities in the provided region. In the
provided reflection various aspects about issues or challenge being identified in functioning or
relates scope of Australian healthcare system was being presented. It can be said that, through
developing better healthcare services in the provided region. In the provided region of Australia
due to high stress and depression it have contributed to mental health illness.
