Authentic Leadership is considered as an approach to leadership which highlights
developing legitimacy of leaders by honest relation with followers that value its input as well as
are develop upon an ethical foundation (Leroy and et. al., 2020). Usually, this kind of leaders is
optimistic individuals with faithful self concepts who promote openness. Moreover, it often
provides its overall minds as well as hearts of the specific cause. For instance, team spirit and
loyalty may spread across entity, that outcomes into higher morale as well as gaining extra
ordinary outcomes. Authentic Leadership starts with the leader’s awareness that allows him to
build positive relationships and inspire and encourage employees in the right ways. An
atmosphere of openness is key. According to George, one of the core qualities of a leadership
role is authenticity. Without actually being authentic, a leader will never be able to appear as if
he is. It requires a leader to be self-aware and have the ability to recognise and acknowledge his
own strengths and weaknesses. Also, this motivates trust into its groups. The aim of this report to

managing people as per the requirement of situation. These styles are autocratic, democratic,
laissez faire which helps leader in authorising and delegating work in teams and organisation.
Leaders exercises control in decision making and directs behaviour of people with the help of
influencing and motivating. This helps company in driving and implementing change in an
orgaistaion. Thus, leadership is an important skill for managing people of a company with
diversity of talent. It involves various traits for managing and leading people such as integrity,
respect, honesty, decisiveness and other essential traits. Communication plays an important role
in leading and channelising group of people in right direction to ascertain team goals in a
company. It helps in developing values and motivating people of an organisation. Leadership is
important for a company to achieve team goals and ascertain require change in work culture. It

to enhance performance and commitment towards company. Leadership is considered as both

circumstances, individuals are operating firms often revert to type. Also, they have to undertake
narrow view as well as try to be in comfort zones within extreme uncertainty faces. The COVID-
19 crisis has developed various complexities to leadership. As crisis management have effective
scripts to obey as well as various leaders into huge firms are prepared should their application be
essential. It also understand the various unique risks for its operations, areas or market which
might pose as well as are ready for addressing cyber security breach or hurricane which might
interrupts enterprises as usual. In addition to this, the COVID-19 crisis also shows few essential
