Task 1
Suit Oasis makes custom made Suits and they this product exclusively through their
online store. For this they have three staffs who work on different shifts and manages
different departments. The staffs are Alfred, Bernice, and Cassandra where Alfred and
Bernice are responsible for manufacturing the suits and the Cassandra manages the orders
and delivery of the products. Along with three employees the organization has to pay for
replacement casual worker, utility cost and Insurance.
Following table depicts the total cost for operating the business.

With the objective of making the quote process more efficient and easy for the staff
the following table is provided. Use of this table will help the staffs to quote a precise quote
for a specific size and material combination while maintain the profit for that product
according to the last business data about the manufacturing cost of the ordered product.

The table created in task 3 is enhanced in order make the manufacturing decision
making automated relying upon past data. the past data will be helpful for finding the
popularity of a specific product and material. This can help in use of resources in an
optimized manner so that in case of a ordered product is not collected by the related
customer but being a popular jacket the it can be can be sold to another customer .
