In order toimplement this automated data processing method within the company, firm required effectiveand impressive technology like computer, other communication electronics which help incollecting, storing, manipulate, prepare and distribute information. The major objective of thisautomated data processing method is managed the large amount of information within minimumhuman resource interaction and share it within the people. In the present time, there are variousautomated data processing application such as broadcast signals, emergency weather advisories,campus security update etc. In the opinion of Bilbao-Osorio, Dutta and Lanvin, (2013)automated data analysis and processing helps to the organisation in improving the quality ofwork and accomplish all task within a limited period of time. It helps in saving the time byprovide the information within the limited time period. Management can able to take theeffective decision on the time and use information for the organisation objective.
