1 Abstract
. This report mainly focuses on the drastic growth of companies adopting advanced
automated business process. There are several problems and issues which companies may face
while implementing the automation design system in their value chain activities. This study has
divulged how Etihad could use two automation design options named BPA robotic process and
Cyber computing design systems in its detecting system process to make it more effective.
However, automation in the business process reduces the overall cost of the services and reduces
the time involved in the business. These are the key success factor for the drastic growth of the
business.
2 Introduction
With the changed in economic conditions, each and every organization needs to endeavor
towards automation in their business process to achieve Dramatic Growth. Automation
increasing takes places in the industry, especially high-risk industry. The automation processes,
highly dependent upon the cyber computing enterprises resources planning and designed to
eliminate the manual works. It is considered that automation in business process of organization
leads to several benefits such as the creation of synergy, increased profitability, and effective
business functioning. Many companies such as United Airlines, Kingfisher, Etihad and other
airlines companies adopt advanced computing system in their businesses with a view to making
automation in their value chain activities to achieve the drastic growth. In this research paper, the
problems faced by Etihad Company have been highlighted. This company was facing several
issues due to its manual work functioning such as high cost of services, less efficiency and risk
