Introduction:
Automation of services is necessary in all business sectors whether it is payment or
registration activities. The title of the research is ‘The relationship between automation of
operations in business organizations and impact on the profit.’ The title would cover
processes like marketing of services and customer management which have undergone
tremendous levels of automation.
Conceptual framework:
Automation has emerged into one of the foremost changes which the service providing
companies have to embrace. The expected outcomes of the automation are increase in revenue
generation, reduction of costs of operations and increase in the net profits (Lacity & Willcocks,
2017). With the automation of the services, the industries will prevent any attempt of theft, and
increases speed and general output of the company. Apart from that, automation assist the
industries to save the amount of expense since machines and systems will need few people
running the activities (Huaguang et al., 2015). The goal of this research is to analyze the
relationship between automation of services in business sectors and the output of the business in
Australia. Some of the things that have influenced this research include the speed in which
businesses operate, cost of employees and accuracy of their information.
