This article review discusses the declining performance of the automobile industry in Australia due to inappropriate manufacturing strategy. It proposes a questionnaire to understand the external and internal environment for establishing an automobile business in Australia. The study aims to understand the customer taste regarding the preference for cars and the current trend regarding the choice of automobiles. The research design is quantitative, and the instrument of data collection is a questionnaire. The sample size of 100 people is representative of the research population. The article cites relevant sources to support the arguments.
