TASK 3 INTRODUCTION Content: The overall report basically gives information regarding the overall autonomy as well as accountability and their importance or relevance in the nursing practices and mainly how the these impact and relate to the safe practice of the registered nurses in particular. Also, in the discussion of the next online post, it is discussed regarding the ways in which a registered nurse is expected to bring a positive change in the overall health care environment through innovation and creativity as well. Sequence: The sequence of the report is first the discussion regarding the first post and the second post are given below and then the response towards each of the post is given in the further paragraphs of the report below. Scope: The report mainly aims at identification of the importance of leadership qualities in RN and the ways through which they can contribute to the health care environment positively. MAIN BODY Post 2. As per this online post in particular the concept of autonomy and also the concept of accountability may entail for personal as well as for the professional roles as well as the responsibilities (Maurits., (2019). Autonomy basically refers to giving the employees or the staff that is working the freedom in a manner that is suitable for them in particular (Roshanzadeh. and et.al., (2018)). The employees are in charge of deciding the time and the ways of working in this situation (Melo. And et.al., (2016)). And accountability mainly refers to assurance that an organization or an individual in particular will particularly be analysed or judged on the basis of the performance regarding the things or the tasks they are responsible for. Precisely in nursing autonomy is the capability for application of the professional knowledge regarding the patient care and taking clinical decisions (Drach Zahavy. Leonenko. and Srulovici., (2018‐). And accountability mainly refers to maintenance of the safeguarding as well as the competencies of the outcomes of the patient care and the standards of the specific profession, and at the same time being answerable to the people who are impacted by the nursing. Both of these are major
leadership qualities and play a relevant role in aspect of nursing (Chesterton. and et.al., (2021)). Autonomygrantsthenursesthefreedominworkingandinmanagementaswell. And accountability builds trust, improves the performance, improves the morale and also decreases the fear levels. Also, I think that for making the practice of the RN's safer such qualities play a vital role. This is mainly because trust and reliability is one major aspect on the basis of which the overall medical department works, and through these qualities as per me it is easy to attain and enhance the levels of trust as well as reliability in particular. This also helps or allows fostering the levels of confidence through providing freedom and the levels of responsibilities also lead to increase in the efficiency and effectiveness in the decision- making processes. Post 3. One of the major requirements in the nursing department in the current or the present times is the need for new and innovative changes that impact the overall department in a manner that is considered to be positive (Kara., (2016). And as a registered nurse it is necessary to bring positive innovations and changes within the heath care environment in particular. Innovation can basically be referred to as the concept of invention, adoption and further diffusion (Lowen. and et.al. (2017)). The overall approach of innovation gives a brief and novel idea, service or the productthathasmajoradvantages(AYVAZ.AKYOL.andDEMİRAL.,(2019).Also, innovation will allow or ensure and further develop the quality of the care that is being provided to the patients by the registered nurses or other professionals in particular. Innovation is basically used in the field of nursing for the production of the information, protection of the health, prevention of the diseases and mainly for offering the care that is personalized and in accordance to the needs of the patient or the service user in particular. There are many ways through which innovation can be implemented or can be applied in the field of nursing in particular. The new- innovation concept is one major necessity of the nursing. The major innovation can be technological. As the overall world is growing at a very fast pace in terms of the technological aspects in particular. And it has become one major necessity for all the sectors operating in the world. Similarly, the same applies to the nursing sector, if the technological advancements are implemented and the registered nurses are technologically equipped and knowledgeable then the overall sector of health care environment can enhance. This can also enhance the speed and make recoveries from chronic diseases fast and less painful for the patient which will be better for the patient as well as the professionals in particular.

Evidence based reasoning. In case of autonomy if a patient is particularly transferred to the post operation care, they particularly require an adjustment to the pain they have been facing in their medication of the pain, the treatment procedure and plan, or the other relevant requirements that support the process of comforting (Labrague. McEnroe Petitte. and Tsaras., (2019)‐). Nurses can particularly provide the support without consulting any seniors or the doctors (Andrews. and et.al. (2020)). This makes things and situations easy for the doctor as well as the nurses and also gives the nurses a sense of authority and responsibility and also freedom due to which they work or perform more efficiently and also have a sense of inclusion within the organization in particular (Srulovici. and Drach-Zahavy., (2017)). In case of the accountability in healthcare, a hospital premises can particularly improve the value and the quality of the patient care within the hospital through increasing the usage of the medicines that are approved and are also reliable (Zolkefli., 2022). Therefore, this is relevant for the legal purposes as well as the management purposes in particular. This can be done by creating a personal bond with the patients and taking care of them and knowing about their issues that they are specifically facing in depth (Nouri. Jouybari. and Sanagoo., (2017)). Through this the brand image of the hospitals also enhances or improves in particular (AllahBakhshian. and et.al. (2017)). The major evidences of the different types of innovation in the nursing environment are such as the patient centred care which mainly focuses on caring about the patient and in respect to the needs of the patients, automation as well as streamlining of the work processes or procedures is also an example of innovation that has led to major improvements in the overall nursing environment or the overall health care environment due to technological advancements and technical knowledge too (Weberg. and Davidson., (2019). CONCLUSION The overall report mainly gives a description regarding the qualities of autonomy as well as accountability and the ways through which it impacts on the nursing profession and mainly how these relate to professional expectations of the registered nurses in particular. This is discussed while discussing regarding the online post 2. In the discussion of the online post 3 it is discussed that what are the ways in which the RN is expected to basically contribute to positive innovation as well as change within health care environment. And then the responses regarding both these posts are given in the report above.
