Bird strike is defined as a contact between a bird and flights which was in take off or
landing roll. It is one of those strategic challenges that may put negative impact on aviation
industry and lead to increase pressure on management to eliminate the reason behind that. It can
be said that this challenge is considered as less hazard to sector more than other well-known. It is
quite important for administration to give essential and appropriate respond regarding bird strike,
which put direct influence on success and growth of industry. They take safety precautions to
save birds, in varied manners.
For example, aviation management may take initiative to concentrate on eliminating risk
or runway entrance. It may take action to implement runway guard lights in each intersection to
runway path, which in turn provide benefit to reduce the current risk occurrence. Runway guard
lights may cater pilot benefit to watch out any element on path when they take off or land flights.
Along with this aviation industry may take more actions to rescue birds accidents when their
flights might be land and fly away in the sky. For example, bird detection system is the best
action that management may take to gain expect outcome and sustain venture for longer time
period without dealing with major issues, especially in the context of sustainability term. At
airports, it is important for administration to prevent birds from being a victim of flights
incidents. With the help of new system, they may take decision to secure birds life, which play
vital role in operational success and smoothness. It enables them to automatically detect or
observe hundreds of birds rapidly and successfully, including their speed, size, flight path and
directions. It can be said that with aviation radars, it may track each bird in real time which

negatively.

action to create safety policy that help to improve safety culture and allow candidates to take
pleasure of working within industry for longer time duration. Furthermore, they may take action
to promote safety which in return contribute to improve safety culture in sector and spread the

same in the companies that are operating and running their ventures into that. They may take
benefits of taking all the initiative as stated above and more, which in turn contribute to manage
business growth more than last few years or months that has been affected due to varied factors
whether it is external or internal.
The major thing that aviation industry may do is implementation of strategic models such
as safety promotion that support promoting useful approaches that individual candidate may
consider saving their and others lives. Along with them, it is necessary for other stakeholders to
consider each and everything, which move their steps and drive attention toward developing plan
and utilizing methods related to safety culture creation in work areas successful. By conducting
each practice in systematic manner, it may take pleasure of generating more revenue and
retaining skilled candidates in work areas.
