INTRODUCTION

For conducting the event of association of entertainment expert Epicure at Melbourne Town
Hall has been selected. This place is over 135 years old and has been at the heart of events which
have shaped the city future and celebrated milestone. The place has good English architecture
and grand interior attracts people as well as there has been various occasion held like gala,
festivals and commemorations. Epicure has been located in the heart of the city and it show case
destination for the city cultural and civic life. This place has been host to theoretical
performances, wedding ceremonies, receptions, school concerts and cocktail parties Although
this place embrace events of 10 to 2000 people and it offer super suit of rooms and meetings
spaces as well as thrilling main hall (Melbourne Town, 2022). Along with this, Melbourne Town
Hall has versatile venue with a variety of function spaces that caters to large scale gala dinners
for 700 guest. It has Portico balcony overlooking the city skyline and board room meeting in
smaller space.
Melbourne Town hall provides food and beverage facilities and does more than just serve
food, stage event and offer the best produce in order to provide quality services. Along with this,
in their food it provides local taste and take raw material from local suppliers by supporting

home grown and environmentally sustainable produce. It offers seasonal and outstanding menu

In the programme around 200 attendees so for them there is need to have well-structured seating
configuration, so they all can attend the event with ease(Zeng, and et.al. , 2019).
The stage would be in front so the programme can be enjoyed by all and can see the even
properly.

Attendees will be seating in six rows, the corner rows are having capacity of 15-15
people, the middle two rows are with capacity of 60-60 and remaining tow are with 40-40(Egor,
and et.al., 2020).
There is ample place if some more attendees come to attend the event. While making
them seat proper ventilation, social distance would be taken into consideration.
Terms and condition of events
Association of Entertainment Experts will be launching award event for the best performer in
films, theatre and short plays. This event will be taking place in venue Melbourne town hall on
Saturday 10 December 2022 with 200 attendees for celebrating achievements and success in year
2021.
Objective:
There will be certain terms and condition that need to be followed by the participant related to
registration, online voting and cancellation of the event through physical or virtual tools and
platforms (Maguire, 2021). Association of Entertainment Experts reserve the right to reject the

and conditions.

 The registration policy will be applied in AEE events and the candidates must be aware
and acknowledge the terms and condition that it is willing to accept them or not before
registration. A

during the event registration process will agree to the terms and condition. Although a

Master of ceremonies
Stephen K. Amos has been selected for mastering the award show as it is one of the famous
British, comedian, game and talk show host. It has been selected as it has good experience in
hosting the show and it has good communication skill which help in keeping the guest interactive
and will build their interest in the show. Although with its entertainment skill it will be able to
connect with the guest and keep them interested in the show (Atkinson and et.al., 2022).
Moreover, its char mastic behaviour will help in keeping the event going as well as its hosting
skill will contribute in engaging the narrative of guest. However, it necessary for the event to
have a famous face for the event so that guest can feel familiar with the show and it also act as

brand name of the event as they represent the show Along with this, Stephen will be good for
hosting the award show as it will keep them entertainment. Thus, selecting best master of
ceremonies will help in promoting the event show.

Justifications for inspiring guest speaker
The guest speaker of event who has done brilliant job in order to inspire audience by his
thoughts and overwhelming nature. So, I like to thank guest for enlightening and entertainment
in the right way of how to get opportunity for business growth and audience appreciate the effort
made by him in order to explain everything in details. Also, has engaged with the audience in
order to exchange thoughts by communicating with them That kind of activities are help him to
motivated in order to inspire by positives change (Maguire, 2021). There were different types of
slogan and ideas given by guest in order to inspire audience by positivity this is one of the best
part of the speech. He was driven by his mission by completing the purpose by telling story
which inspire in some way. This is ability of drawing the ability of synthesize in credible and
trustworthy audience. He was also accomplished or achieve in order get integrity by makes sure
about genuine and authentic by amazing thought which is summarized in such as way where it
helps to complete the speech in the inspiring order. Also, audience thank by giving him big
round of applause. Then, the sense of humour and deep thought which is help for subject matter
and engaging with audience in effective manner.

The script was read out at off-stage in order to introduce the master of Ceremonies, it is
necessary to read again and again so that it help for the speak with fluency. I was getting nervous
in order to more focus on enhancing skills. Then I have read out loudly by please take your seats
so that we can officially welcome our guest of honour (Allen, Harris and D'Arcy, 2022). Friends
and family in the event, welcome and thank you for being here on this important day. Also, we
are gathered together to celebrating this day and thank to everyone for coming in the event to
make it more successful.
