Personalized learning has wide scope within new learning horizons for strategic
development, report will be discussing reflective analysis on various skills and development with
professional practice forward.

The reflective portfolio can be analysed as the variedly analysed special framework
through which I can bring forward various reflective points analysed as result form personal
analysis and development. It can be in detail analysed that while studying during college I was
able to work on improving my various skills profoundly where as learner my insights for various
subjects were profoundly enhanced on which during foundation I was able to experience varied
