Q-1 Develop an implementation plan It is important for company to choose best alternative so that growth is maintained.Keystone Excavating Ltd. should opt for focusing on targeting specific customers. it will supportin transforming business activities. This can be collaborating and partnering with other small sizebusinesses and companies in various types of specialisation. So, organisation can establish theiroperations in effective manner in each specialisation. they will be able to focus on every area.Even having small customers, firm will be able to generate profits. It would be beneficial inretaining customer by gaining their satisfaction. Moreover, in this strategy company shouldtarget lower and middle level customers. The implementation plan is as follows:- It can be done by setting short term goals and developing plans. Also, company canformulate plans according to area. Thus, it will be easy for them to allocate resources andreducing cost. Through this, return on investment will increase. However, working on contractbasis will be useful for firm in creating a customer base in specialised area. Besides this,implementing this strategy also have an advantage. They can mainly segregate customers on basis of specialisation andidentify which from which area profits generated are more. Thus, contracts can be made on thisbasis. Here, functions can be distributed on basis of specialisation. This will make the overallstructure small. Furthermore, the changes can be done in contracts. Also, a time limit can be setin contracts. it will give insight about completion of project. Focusing on customers will enablein expanding in different markets as well. In implementation plan, feedback of customers can betaken. On basis of it, changes can be made in contracts while working same customers again.
