As it is important to attend workshops for the better
development of skills of students. In seminar, many new
skills are advanced and this also helps in the personal and
professional development for the better upgradation of the
student. There are many skills which is important for the
students and which can make a positive change in the better
development of students. As better computer skills are
important to learn for the better innovation in the work and
this also helps in understanding the business automation for
the better development and these skills also helps in getting
the better job and this also helps in stating own business and
this also make the student different with the latest technology
formulation. This report involves the basic computer skills
which is considered important for the better career
development in future and that can be PowerPoint and
Microsoft word as these skills also advance the students and
also build their skills effectively. As this report also involves
reflection on personal learning and the development plan.
It is important to learn skills regarding the technology and computer as this helps in the further development of student and this also
helps in learning the advanced skills of Microsoft and this also includes the skills which is basic to understand and is important to use
as these are home menu, file menu, insert menu, design menu, layout menu, reference menu, mail merge, review, view and help. As
these are the skills which is used in the business for the better development and this can also benefit in the better increment and this
also helps in advancing the knowledge of the students which thy can use in better development and better functioning of the business
and their activities (Oshilalu, and Emiri, 2018). As PowerPoint skills are important to be managed in the business and in any job role so
it is important to have appropriate skills which can helps in further gaining the advantage and this involves the presentation skills like
designing, creating templates, creating graphs, tables and charts and this also help in the proper communication verbally and written as
these computer skills are basic and essential for the better development of the students for developing their skills and this they can also
use in future for the better development and results in the career(Hossain, and Sormunen, 2019).

I was so obliged to gain the basic skills of computer as this can help me in my career and this also helps in developing my knowledge
and skills regarding the computer knowledge (Oshilalu, and Emiri, 2018). This can also be benefited in the development in the business
and the job role pursuing in future. This can also be achieved by the framework and this can also help in setting the goals effectively
which can result beneficial in a student career as this can be done in the form of roadmap and for attaining the aims and objectives of
the skills easily. This is determined that this is the perfect tool or framework which can result helpful in the attaining personal aims of
the students. As achieving annual goal in organisation or in personal it is important to set a goal effectively and that should be trackable,
planned and clear. As by creating a goal with SMART framework will help the student in attaining success as this is also done in
various steps that is described below.

As the goal of the student should be specific and should the basic steps for achieving that goal effectively as this can also be involved
the analysation of the desired goal which can help in making the goal specific. As I have my goal specific that I have to learn all the
basic computer skills for my better development in my career(Lyu, and Liu, 2021).

As goal should be measurable and this also helps in giving a better progress in getting the

the further better opportunities in life and career. As this is required to be measure appropriately
which will help in giving the better opportunity for re-evaluating and this also gives the way to
direct. As before I start doing practically, I had started gaining the information theoretically of
the computer skills(Chen, 2019, October).
A for achievable
As it is important to set a goal which is achievable and can be accomplished easily as can also
be complete in a certain framework and can also help in keeping me focused and motivated. As
for this I have to require to gain the computer skills so that I can operate it easily and this will
also give me confidence and experience for the better skills. As I have updated my basic skills
for learning the advanced skills (Augner, 2022).

As it is important to have a relevant goal as this can also help in building the value and this also
helps in aligning and setting the long-term goals in future. As I had set my goal and started
practicing it for the better knowledge of the skills and this can also help in developing the skills
accordingly(Berger, Blair, and Hein, 2019).
T for time based
As this is important point to be considered as the goal should be fulfilling in a time frame and this
can also make the priority and also gives motivation for working more hard. As this can give the
benefit an experience of learning more advanced skills within a timeframe and this can also be
unrealistic and can also give a better development (Al Hashlamoun, and Daouk, 2020).
CONCLUSION
This report has concluded that skills is important to gain at the learning period for the better
development in future and this can further also benefit in the career and by this student will also get
better opportunity. As per the technology development there are various computer skills which
makes a student advanced and this also helps in delivering and developing good skills in the
business. This report also concluded that personal learning is the important part of business and this
also helps in developing a plan for the better performance and development of students. This report
has also concluded the reflection on the basis of SMART framework as this helps in attaining the
aims and objective of personal and organisational more effectively.
