If a person consume more than required calorie on regular basis than it can be the reason of obesity. Poor diet:The poor diet is the reason behind obesity and it does not happen overnight. If a person regularly consume poor diet and not living healthy life style than it can be the reason of obesity. It involves: Eating large amount of processed or fast food which include high sugar & fat. If a person consume more alcohol than it can be the cause of obesity because it contains lot of calories. Eating out a lot can be the reason of obesity because persons consume more sugar and fat in dessert while they visit a restaurant or hotel. If a person eat too much than fat in the body can be increase which is the reason of obesity. If an individual consume too much soft drink than it can be the cause of obesity. Lack of physical activity:It can be the cause of obesity because many persons have busy schedule and do not find enough time to involve in physical activity. Some persons have sitting job in the organisation as a result their fat can be increase. Now a days most of people depends on car rather than cycling or walking. Most of young generation busy in their smart phone and busy in playing games, browse the internet etc and rarely involve in physical activities. Genetic:Due to the genetic reason people are getting fat and it comes from their family members which involve father, mother, grandfather, grandmother etc. Prader-Willi syndrome can be the cause of obesity. There are various persons who can not lose the weight if they involve in physical activity or have healthy life style. Medical reason:It can be the cause of obesity and increase the weight in the persons. If a person has suffering from hypothyroidism in that case thyroid gland does not produce sufficient hormones in the body of human. Cushing's syndrome which is a rare disorder that causes over production of steroid hormones in the human body. 2

So these are the main causes for the obesity and it is necessary to be control so that a person can live healthy life style and does not suffer from the various serious disease which can affect the health and life of human beings. calories in the food should be specific as per the need of body. The parents can make schedule that what they have to eat on regular basis. Eating too much or frequently is the main reason of obesity so guardians can make a diet chart for their adolescents and tell its children's do not eat frequently more than 3 or 4 times in a day. The degree of success can be measure when children follow healthy life style and eating habits and aware about the benefits of its. Reduce time in front of TV:Now a days children's are fond of TV and computer and they spent more than 4 to 5 hours. While watching and playing with these gadgets they eat frequently which is the cause of obesity. So parents are responsible to set the time limit which is 1.5 hours in a day. As a result time can be use in productive work and they focuses in their health. It is important to burn fat so that obesity can be control and for that purpose it is essential to involves in some physical activities and exercise. It involves gym, running, yoga, cycling, swimming etc. These activities are helpful to control the obesity and shape the body in effective manner. The chances of decease can be reduce in the individuals as a result they can become fit and healthy. The degree of success can be measure when people follow these factors and become fitness freak and regular involve in physical activities and exercise. Avoid junk food:The obesity can be control when people avoid junk food which involve too much sugar, fat and calories. And develop healthy eating habits which involves sufficient nutritions and vitamins. Junk food helps to increase carbohydrate and fat in the human body. It is necessary to become health conscious so that a person can spent healthy life and stay fit.
